Ever since I started making the heart shaped "monsters", aptly renamed Love Monsters, I can't stop making them. In order to get the proportions right, I had to make a few. Then the few turned into many and now we have a doppelganger family of Love Monsters.
That's G, me A1, A2, A3, and A4. I realize A2 is missing some detail. He is a middle child after all and I will get to him soon.
After I figured out the right proportions, I moved on to trying to write the pattern. This is my first attempt to write it all down. Usually I just take scant notes, leaving me perplexed the next time I try and knit something. Not so this time. I wrote it all down and then decided to put it up on Ravelry. Let me know what you think!
This was a big deal for me since I am constantly stymied by anything having to do with computers, money and linking things. Luckily I'm married to, what I consider, an IT whiz. Although, in all fairness, it doesn't take much to impress me in this arena. At any rate, he helped me link everything up, make it look pretty AND put up with my whining about why these things are not easier. The man deserves a medal. Maybe a heart shaped knit medal...focus, focus.
Now, I'm on to swatching some new spring and summer yarns for work. We just shot video this morning talking more about these new yarns.
BUT, while I was at work I couldn't resist these.
I'm thinking Candy Heart pillows for the couch in the studio.
I JUST CAN'T STOP!
I think you need to add yellow and green for the candy pillows.

Annie, you're right! I tried to find the right yellow and green, in that weight but couldn't find them.
