I'm tempted to apologize to my wonderful readers for my long absences, I'm tempted to explain that time seems to evaporate everyday, often leaving more than a few items on the 'To Do' list (Write Blog Post!) that have to be moved over to the next day, but I have a feeling that almost everyone is acquainted with this phenomenon. So, instead of lamenting, I will be thankful that I can actually spend a little time in this space, today, and hopeful that it will happen more often.
While it's true that I have not been posting, I have not stopped making. Everywhere I look there are projects, some just an idea in my sketchbook, some started, and some dangerously close to being finished. I can't quite settle down to doing one thing. Maybe it's the energy of Spring, even though we still have snow on the ground, or maybe there are just too many wonderful projects to commit to just one.
I did manage to finish some pom-pom garlands for my studio. They are very cheery and distract me from the snow.

I've also been working on some photos on wood for A2 and the members of his 200 medley relay, in honor of their victory at States.

(I have to watch it a little bit with the photos on wood. I'm tempted to print out everything and put it on wood. Paste, wood, paste, wood, photos everywhere!)
I've made some Tooth Monsters.

These are bound for my Etsy shop, soon, and there are three others in various states of being finished that I'm sending to some lovely dentists. You can find the pattern on Ravelry if you are inclined to make your own.
I'm working on an old/new pattern for Spring, but I'm afraid it might be a little late for the season. It's one of the items that keeps getting pushed to the next day.

I've knit nine trying to perfect the pattern. Who knows, some of the finished samples might end up in my Etsy Shop too. I'll keep you posted.
Right now they are drying, way to slowly, and waiting on embellishments.
Even though I probably don't need anything else on my list of things to make, I've also decided to do an 100 days project. My dear friend from California is doing 100 portraits in 100 days and we have promised to keep each other motivated and post everyday on Instagram. (You can follow me, and my progress, at Ms._Ellaneous)
I've decided to make "tiny art" (I don't think I can manage portraits) for 100 days (stop laughing) and use the Frappuccino tops that I have been saving for the last seven years as tiny frames. This might need a post of it's own. It's only been two days, but I think this is going to be an interesting learning experience and exercise in discipline.

This is day 1. I'm thinking Spring.
And day 2,

more blue sky and hopes of Spring. I'm sensing a pattern.
